Why is my delivery taking so long?
Many of our items are made to order and or require individual packaging often from oversees thus extending delivery times.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We can ship internationally however we will need to calculate shipping cost, if you require this service then please email us at: support@luxuriafurnishingsco.com or call us on: 0333 050 5878 to discuss.
How do I place an order?
Add your items to the cart and follow payment instructions, please tell us of any special instructions or issues with access.

I would like to check the availability of a specific item
An estimated delivery lead time will be given on the product page & the delivery & returns page. We will provide a more accurate lead time once the item id in production or the manufacturer confirms dispatch.
Luxuria furnishings Co cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control & we will inform you as soon as possible when we become aware of any changes to the original lead time.
Can I make changes to my order once it's been placed?
We will endeavor to do our best to help with changes to you order, get in contact with us as early as possible at either support@luxuriafurnishingsco.com or call on 0333 050 5878.
If you have ordered a made to order item and production has already started we will not be able to make any changes to the order.
Can you check where my order is?
Please email us at support@luxuriafurnishingsco.com and we can check your order status.
What if my order is late?
A courier should give you an estimated delivery time, we will endeavor to let you know as soon as possible should anything change. Luxuria Furnishings Co cannot be held liable for any delays that are out of our control.
What happens if I am out when you deliver?
All deliveries need to be signed for therefore items cannot be left & will be taken to one of our distribution centres. You will be contacted with a new delivery date, there will be an additional delivery charge & you will also incur a storage fee.
Can I choose a time & date for delivery?
Unfortunately this is not an option as we have limited storage space so we endeavor to deliver items as quickly as possible once the order has been placed, we will give you as much notice as possible once we are aware of the delivery date.
